Join our team to build the next generation of UI ideation & prototyping
software, powered by AI. You will lead our QA team and work with our engineers
and product team to test the product features as well as to provide your
feedback to the product designs.
Responsibilities
Own the testing strategy and define test plans for each software release
Manage and organize tasks within a release cycle, provide thorough
estimation of the QA team's effort
Lead other QAs to develop, maintain and execute testing for our product
features during development cycles and releases
Contributing to the coordination and definition of the test strategy
aligned with the project plans.
Possess a strong mindset for analyzing requirements and preventing high-
impact issues throughout each development and release cycle.
Report, track, and monitor defects on the defect tracking system
Investigate defect reports from production support and isolate their
causes
Can communicate & work closely with product & engineering team
Work with product team to understand product requirements and designs and
provide feedback during product development cycles
Collaborate with Automation tester to define automation scope, handle
automation execution, automation result, and the coverage report
Qualifications
Strong computer science foundation and knowledge of SDLC
Likely having 3+ years of experience in web-based software testing
Excellent interpersonal and independent working skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing automated testing
frameworks and tools
